NBA IS bACK!!

The NBA IS BACK!!! The NBA and its players agreed to a new labor deal allowing the season to begin on Christmas. On that day five NBA games will be held. The three games that i specifically will be looking at are the Cetics Vs the Knicks, Heat Vs Mavericks, and the Lakers vs My Bulls. I cant wait till' Christmas!

NBA 2K12

Recently the 2K SPORTS has came out with a new video game called NBA 2K12 and its a great hit. I like it so much because the Chicago Bulls are represented well in the game. The Chicago Bulls current roster is 2nd overall in the game and they also have unlockable classic Bulls teams. I also like it because my favorite player Derrick Rose is really good and he plays just like he plays in real life. I just hope that this wont be the only basketball this season because of the NBA lockout

DA BEARS: WIN!!

My Chicago Bears improved 3-3 this week against the disappointed Minnesota Vikings. My favorite player, Devin Hester had an huge game with 5 catches for 95 yards and a TD and he also returned a 98 yard Kickoff return. Jay Cutler also had a nice game while throwing two touchdowns and no interceptions. The Bears D also stepped it up by only allowing 10 points and containing the best RB in the league, Adrian Peterson. Next week the Bears are off to London to play the Tampa Bay Bucs and hopefully will improve to 4-3.#Go Bears

FIGHTING ILLINI: BEATEN

The Illinois Fighting Illini Football team finally took a lost Saturday to the struggling Ohio State Buckeyes. The Illinois offense struggled to score points in the first half and that came back to haunt them. There Defense was OK but it could have been better because they allowed some key runs by Ohio State's RB Dan Herron and their QB Braxton Miller on 3rd Down. The Illini will try to get back on track next week at Purdue. #Go Illini!

Fighting Illini

The Illinois Fighting Illini Football team improved to 5 and 0!!!! They beat the Indiana Hoosiers 40 to 21. Nathan Scheelhase had a big game and had 3 total touchdowns. They are having a great season because no one thought they would be undefeated. Hopefully next week they can stay undefeated against the struggling Ohio State Buckeyes.

New D Rose Shoes

My favorite player, Derrick Rose, has a new shoe called the Adizero Rose 2.  They are said to be the best basketball shoe you will ever wear. Hopefully they are what they sayb to be and i might have to cop me a pair.

NBA Lockout no!!!!

If you haven't heard NBA commisioner David Stern has canceled the first two weeks of the NBA season. That means I won't be able to see my favorite team, Chicago Bulls in action. I'm going to miss the dazzling plays by Derrick Rose and the three point shots by Kyle Korver. Hopefully the league and the players union can get it together.

DA BEARS LOST

I cant believe the Bears lost to the Lions. The O-LINE could not block at all and Jay Cutler was getting killed because the D kept getting behind the line of scrimmage. Also Matthew Stafford  killed them by throwing the ball to Megatron, Calvin Johnson. The bears D also was sub par by allowing Jahvid Best to run all over them. If they keep losing, its gonna be hard for me to keep rotting for them.

My Bears finally got to .500 on good smash mouth football!! My favorite player Devin Hester broke his own record on kickoff and punt returns. Even though Jay Cutler didnt do anything Matt Forte had a big day. One thing they need to work on is passing Defense because Cam Newton, Drew Brees, and Aaron Rodgers all had big days against them in previous games. Hopefully they can improve to 3-2 next week!! Go Bears!!
